  • Assist in the fulfillment of warehouse targets; complete the data collation and analysis; reasonably plan goods in and out of the warehouse and arrange storage space to effectively improve the utilization rate of the warehouse.
  • Develop warehouse work plan. Develop monthly work plan, summarize and analyze the work of the last month, lead the staff to complete the target tasks.
  • Supervise and manage the warehouses, receiving and dispatching areas on site. Inspect the implementation of 6S and visual management, and make records. Regularly assess warehouse personnel.
  • Organize warehouse inventory work. Ensure that the card, account, the same thing match with each other. Supervise the review of the warehouse accounts audit, and take responsibility for the inventory. Train the warehouse personnel.
  • Manage customer information. Issue all kinds of warehouse documents and receipts.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

Education:

  • Associate’s degree in Logistics and Management related disciplines.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in PMC and logistics management in manufacturing companies, of which 1+ year of experience in an equivalent position.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Familiar with logistics procedures and production procedures, able to forecast storage volume according to production plan and sales plan; able to use warehousing software and office software; familiar with the storage characteristics of materials, able to properly store materials.
  • Proficient in the use of various office software.
