TUV SUD’s Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) test ensures compliance with EU’s TSCA regulations, which aim to protect human health and the environment from the risks posed by chemicals. The TSCA requires companies to report and control the use of chemicals in their products and throughout their supply chains. TUV SUD conducts comprehensive testing to identify and quantify hazardous substances, ensuring that products do not contain chemicals restricted under TSCA.
